Microsoft Windows 11

As described in the title. When I connect both cables to the monitor it fails to switch to the second one, which isn't the main one.

Example setup:
I have a Displayport connected to my PC and an HDMI port to a reducer that goes to my Macbook. Both cables work perfectly separately, so it's not a problem.

If I connect only one cable to the monitor through the reducer, it works.

So obviously the monitor fails to switch between ports, even when it has that function.

Any help please?
