Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have this monitor and for the past few months the information screen just pops on the screen and you are not able to remove the menu.  Recently it started saying buttons are locked and after about 5 minutes it will go away.

During this time you are not able to do anything with the monitor.

Anyone else having issues like this?

Thank you

@JC3486 Please check if the OSD buttons are stuck or malfunctioning due to any physical damage, if there are no damages as such, please follow the below steps:

The OSD lock can be enabled or disabled by pressing and holding the Menu button on the front panel for 10 seconds. If the OSD is locked, the warning message OSD Lock displays for ten seconds.

  • If the OSD is locked, press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds to unlock the OSD.
  • Alternatively, If the OSD is unlocked, press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds to lock the OSD.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
