Solved!

HP 27f Display goes Grey & Black intermittently

HP Recommended
HP 27f Display
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 27f Display connected to my Lenovo laptop through a Lenovo ThinkPad docking station. Most of the time it works fine. Occasionally when I watch Netflix, it goes black, then grey, then returns to the screen I'm viewing. Once it does this, it continues doing it. I'm current on all updates. I bought all these products at the same time. All HP products. Why doesn't it work? TIA

Thanks Echo_Lake.  If anyone else has this issue, it'll likely need to be handled by HP SmartFriend level 2 technician, which is a chargeable service because 3rd party applications do not fall under HP Warranty. They are available 24/7 at 844-814-1800
