HP 280 G2 MT
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have just bought a HP 280 G2 MT Desktop with Win 7 Pro. The specs are core i3 6100,8GB RAM. Can I add a discrete graphics card like gtx 1050 in the fututre? Do I also have to upgrade the PSU?

I understand that if they are compatible by the features, you have to look at the CPU form factor and the length of the graphic, I leave the characteristics of the two:

HI.

This is proably the best card, as it usually shuts off the PCI-E bus, and this is of utmost importance:

Thanks a lot for your response. Do I need to upgrade the PSU or reinstall the OS?

The operating system should not be affected, the change is hardware does not involve software,If at least one of 500 W is recommended

You are welcome.:smileywink:
