Microsoft Windows 11

HP 32-B0257C QHD. AIO  Cast Aluminum stand failed and the heavy 32" screen/ AIO fell to the ground. Panel is destroyed. Stand has clear casting porosity defects. How do I get this fixed/replaced??

IRWIN6, thanks for the reply and direct message. I called the number you provided and gave them the SN#. After almost an hour I was told that it is not covered and HP will not guarantee the stand that is built into the AIO computer. This is very upsetting. I have no way to even get my data off the AIO because the 3 HDMI are inputs and there is no way to use a external monitor. This thing is just a bad design for many reasons including the defective stand and the fact that the users of these machines are dead in the water if anything happens to the screen. Very unsatisfied and financially hurt by this product.
