HP 430/435 FHD

Hello, 

I have a problem with my webcam that I cant solve on my own. The webcam is a brand new HP 430/435 FHD. When i plug it in to my computer, the webcam shows an image for like one second and then freezes. It then updates the image like once every fiften seconds. The same goes for the red indicator light on the webcam itself.

 

I have tried the most obvious solutions such as, search for new drivers, unistalling the camera in my device manager and restaring my computer, allowing any apps to use my camera. 

 

Im using a laptop, lenovo yoga 720-13ikb.

Try on another PC or laptop and if it fails to work then return it.

 

Does the camera on the Lenovo work properly?
