Product: active pen g2

I have the hp active stylus pen G2 and it isn't working with my computer for some reason. I have the HP envy x360 15.6 inch on windows 11. I was able to pair the pen with Bluetooth, but the buttons do not work and when I tap the screen with the pen, nothing happens. My touchscreen works with my finger, but not the pen.
