HP Beats Special Edition 23-n020np All-in-One Desktop PC

Hi,

 

I have an HP Beats Special Edition 23-n020np All-in-One Desktop PC and tried to connect to a Lenovo ThinkVision T22i-10(external monitor). The external monitor dont have signal from PC, is HDMI por on the PC on by default?

The monitor works with other PC...

 

I have the last updates from HP and Microsoft.

The Intel software don´t detect the external monitor.

I understand that you are not getting the signal while connecting the external monitor.

 

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

 

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

 

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
