HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Even though resetting to factory defaults using HP sRGB .icm for display and my printer being set to automatic, the colours are quite different: the yellow colour in Word are printed dark yellow. RGB 255 255 0 on screen is printed as 235 190 53.

I have been told that I should calibrate my monitor. I am not that demanding that I am willing to spend a lot of money on relatively expensive (professional) calibration tool. The X-Rite i1 is available as Pro, which I think is too expensive for my purpose. As long as colours are roughly correct, it is okay with me. The HP DreamColor Calibration System (DCS) is not available anymore. I've seem the Calibrite ColorChecker Display which they say "Replaces the X-Rite i1 Display Studio"
or the ColorChecker Display Pro version, likewise "Replaces the X-Rite i1 Display Pro".

I have no experience with regards to calibrating and would like to know whether these devices are suitable to calibrate the Dreamcolor.

Thanks.!
