Could someone please let me know how to check if my HP E273q monitor has the latest firmware and how to upgrade it if necessary?

Yes, that's the one.

 

It's strange HP doesn't provide FW updates for this model.

I have two of those with different FW versions: one is SQM241 and another one is DIM111

I don't know why, it's like that
a while ago, we had a question for another model
finally the option was available for a very similar model, but not the one in question
the user, did not know it did not have the version equipped with the possible update
