Hello 

 

The Driver SP88658 for the webcam does not seem to be working.

I have just received my display.

Can you please guide me towards the right driver to download and be able to use my webcam  ?

forget the M

the top of the monitor center , see that huge thing there and must lift it up to work?

RTM , read the manual for your exact webcam , some 273 have no such option at all

does your manual stated

Hello Christelle, I had the same problem and solved it today with the HP Support.

In my case I forgot to connect the display and laptop with the USB-C to USB cable. When I did that, I can also install the SP88658 and the webcam works with MS Teams, Zoom, wonder.me. 

 

You can find the description in this manual - page 10, point 6 (but there is no hint to the webcam)
