Hello, I own a HP EliteDisplay E243d monitor and use it with a HP laptop (for work) as well as an Acer PC (for home use). The monitor is being shared by both devices using a HDMI KVM switch. When using the monitor with my work laptop via the switch, the HP Monitor's inbuilt camera and mic work fine, but when using it via my Acer PC, I cannot use the camera or mic (it says neither are connected). I have made sure all the camera and mic permissions are on, made sure that drivers are up to date, my anti-virus allows the camera to work, tried another switch, tried another USB cable but still it doesn't work. It's a real problem as when I take Zoom calls for example, via my personal PC, the camera and mic do not work.
Appreciate any advice anyone might have.
Thank you.
