Hello

 

My HP Eliteone 1000 G2 34-inch curved AIO Display flickering ( on/off ) after 4-5 min and repeat for good.

 

I have the same issue with HP Envy AIO 34-inch curved too and it turns out the problem is in HDMI-in Scalar board, for more information you can read this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05939024/

 

I think the issue with Eliteone 1000 G2 is the same and it's fixable by Scalar board firmware.

 

I need the Firmware Update or current firmware version for this model.

I'm begging HP Engineers to Help me and send firmware update or current firmware.

 

Please help me.

Why no one answering to me?

 

 

I updated Bios and all other stuff but it does not help me.

Please if you are an HP Employee tell my problem to them and i need just Firmware bin file for this model.
