Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E1AV)
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS
HI,
I have a 2k monitor and an FHD monitor. I need to connect both monitors simultaneously with their max resolutions.
Im using a Beasus 11in1 USB hub (no power). it has two HDMI ports and im using those ports from my dual monitors.
The problem is it works fine if I select both monitors as 1080 and after selecting the second monitor as 2k, it automatically removes my FHD monitor. is that limitation are coming with Laptop or USB hub?
If I select 2k resolution it'll give the error below.
If I choose 1080P all monitors work fine.
Please help me to slove my issue.
