HP Envy 34" Curved All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know if the monitor has a protective film on it?  If I look closely at the top right corner I can see that there appears to be a a film or sticker that does not fully meet the edge of the monitor.  Maybe this is for glare?   I don't know if I am supposed to remove this or if this is how the monitor was designed?   I've seen conflicting feedback on this and some users have had issues "trying to remove the film" but nothing definitive from HP.  Thanks for your help!

Thank you!

Normally there is a very thin film which is covers the screen during packing up process for transport. Many people say: keep it but other people say remove it because it may trap heat.

Well, people sell protective screens for phones, tablets to avoid fingers and they don't care the heat trap therefore it is up for you, keep it or remove it.

Hope this makes sense.

Regards.
