Product: Envy 750-610 Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Only one HDMI port of several available is working. I would like to connect a second monitor to one of the HDMI ports. The second monitor has been tested in the HDMI port that works and that lights up. The current monitor was attempted in the other hdmi ports and does not work. Is there a jumper or something that has to be set to make the additional ports work?

 

The video card is a Radeon RX 580.

sorry but if it is a question of this pc, with this same graphics card, it is not possible

HP ENVY 750-610 Desktop PC Product Specifications
The card has only one HDMI port

HDMI + 3 DisplayPort

maybe you are testing the ports here, it is not possible:

Basswood back I/O panel

3 HDMI out: 2

The Basswood motherboard does not support integrated graphics.
