Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp143cl

I've tried to connect the HP Envyx360 to an Acer Monitor many times I've used multiple HDMI cables all leading to the same result of the monitor not being detected.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues connecting the monitor to your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

  • Is the monitor working with other computers?
  • What is the operating system you are using?

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
