Product: HP M27 Webcam Monitor
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

The right half of my HP M27 Webcam Monitor started displaying as black last week. I never had an issue with it before, and am using the same Macbook Air that I've been using with the monitor since I bought it a little less than a year ago. I've performed a factory reset, disconnected both the power and connection to my Macbook and reconnected, and neither has helped. This morning when I connected my computer, the left half of the monitor is displaying as black, but the right side works normally. So it appears as though this is not a physical problem. Also, my OS is actually Sonoma 14.1 (23B74), not Monterey, but Sonoma was not an option in the dropdown. 

 

How do I resolve this issue?
