My HP M27fw FHD Monitor stopped working  randomly all of a sudden just over two years after purchase. There is no power flowing to the screen anymore. I have the Care Pack so I've been trying to reach out to HP for more than two days but without success. The options are thin at best, there is no clear queue or way to submit a claim. After chatting with the bot which had only irrelevant options I got a whatsapp phone number that I could reach to but I haven't got a reply, how should I proceed?

I also tried to add the product to my profile but that doesn't seem to work.
