Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening,

 

I just opened my new monitor and I'm having some problems with the brightness and color setup. It doesn't allow me to use it, the brightness and contrast shows options appear dark.. I connected this monitor to my msi creator z16 and even the screen of it looks brighter.. 

 

I'm attaching some pictures.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me.
