Product: HP 27es
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

All of a sudden my monitor pops up with an information screen.  When I exit it only stays off for a few seconds and then comes back on.  I have done a hard reboot and unplugged the monitor but it acts like something is latched.  It is very annoying and takes up space on my screen.
