Hi,

My monitor has some temporary dead pixels. Sometimes they are totaly dead but sometimes they turn functional. I was trying to contact the warranty service. But unfortunately I couldn't find any contact information on this website. I was wondering if someone can give me the contact information for product service. Thanks.

Hi,

Really appreciate your prompt reply and the information you provided.The HP pixel policy is quite useful for me. But unfortunately, the webpate you provided only has search option, but no contact information. I accidentally got connected with a service agent through auto online chat. So I need no further assisstance on my issue. I would be quite helpful if service contact information is more easier to find. Thanks.

Curious, normally with the link given, you must have contact options, but often you must have a model under warranty!
I just tested and it works
but unfortunately we often have users who indicate that it does not work, even under warranty
sometimes try with another browser, little help, but still random

Yes, following the link, I will firtst choose a saved item or register my product. Then I will be directed to a page with only search option. My monitor is still under warranty. I have tried three browsers but none of them works. Below is the screenshot. Maybe occasionally it will happen.

 

Anyway, I have reacher service support and my case is being processed. Thank you again for all your help.
