Product: HP Monitor VH240a

My monitor isn't connecting to my laptop. I have tried two different HDMI cables, two different HDMI-USBC converters, resetting the drivers settings, turning the monitor off, and updating my laptop, but it still doesn't connect. Is there anything else I could do to solve this issue?

Now what is your computer is it from HP ? Does its USB-C support Alt mode ?
