HP Pavilion 32q IPS
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Purchased a  32q from Newegg to replace my LG ultrawide - which ran flawlessly.  Using a Radeon WX5000 PRO card in my workstation which only has DPORT. The monitor blanks constantly but on occasion will lock and remain stable until the next reboot.  Occasionally the monitor would not shut off and so I thought the monitor was bad and had it replaced with a new one.  After two days, the new monitor started screen blanking again.

I plug the LG back in and no problems whatsoever.  I plug the HP 32q in and it goes back to blanking.

Whats up.

Thanks

UPDATE:

I lowered the resolution from 2560x1440 to 1920x1200 and the blanking stopped.  When I return it to the higher res it resumes blanking
