I bought this AIO in 2016 and the TOuchscreen worked perfectly until sometimes this fall.
Nothing special happened, it just stop working. Now my screen works fine but It's no longer TOUCHABLE!
Windows 10 64 bits is up to date as of today(nov 13th)
My HP drivers are also up to date.
I don't want to reinstall win10 for now...
Help please 😉

Welcome to HP support community.
I have a few steps that should resolve your concern:
I recommend checking if the Touch is working on BIOS (Accessed by tapping on F10 while restarting the computer).
If it works on bios, it's a software issue, update the drivers from the HP Website, if the issue persists: please reinstall windows using the recovery partition or the recovery media to fix the issue
Attempt to run a test using the HP hardware diagnostic tool,
If it doesn't work on BIOS or the diagnostics tool either,
it's a hardware failure and you may need to Contact HP to set up a hardware repair service.
I hope that helps.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

I followed your instructions.
The Touch doesn't work on Bios
Using the HP hardware diagnostic tool, I did not find any problems.
I updated the drivers from the HP Website.
Finally I reinstalled Win10 (Without loosing my personal files) from HP Recovery Manager.
Final result...The Touchscreen STILL doesn't work.
So hardware issue must be the problem.
But what bugs me is that the System Information page in Settings
tells me that this computer( HP Pavilion All-in-One - 22-a109) doesn't come with Touchscreen function???
See the picture with the yellow highlight (in French!!)
So, I'm still not sure It's a Hardware problem!

This seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
Cheers.
