HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0997nz - Display does not work anymore

Hi there

I have a problem with my HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0997nz. When I start the Computer, I hear that it runs, but do not see anything on the display. I can start the HP BIOS when I press F10. But Nothing more. 

I already plugged the main-cable out and in again. But it does not help. 

Any Ideas?

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps

Do you see a light on the green motherboard?

Check the power supply Fan is running?

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document fix.
