Hello!

My HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-r017ur suddenly became black while audio and other functions continued working.

Specialists of the service center found the reason and all they need to fix it is 27-r017ur monitor firmware and a scaler.

But they can't find these two anywhere.

Please, if anybody can send me firmware and scaler of 27-r017ur monitor, your assistance would be invaluable.
