HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b010 (Touch)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

2 long beeps followed by 2 short beeps for five times. No display on the screen. white lights keeps on blinking. Wired keyboard also does not detect

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

 

Two long beeps followed by two short beeps indicates a corrupted BIOS.

 

You should be able to use your HP AIO Hardware Diagnostic utility to roll back the BIOS to the previous version.

 

Please press the power button and immediately begin tapping the F2 key to summon the PC Hardware Diagnostic utility.  Use the Firmware management to roll back the BIOS.

 

If that does not work, then consider creating a BIOS installer on a USB flash drive to boot to.

thank you for your response. Keyboard does not detect. I tried using different USB ports but does not work, only mouse works. So I m not able to recover the bios pressing F2 key

yes I did. the keyboard work on other computers but not in this. so weird!!
