Hi,
I have problems with my computer HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1815no.
Problems with the Graphic Card Geforce. When trying to start games like Fortinit the computer shutsdown befor the game starts up. When Trying the GFXBench, the test fails on High-level test, Onscreen and shuts down the computer.
The computer has worked fine for a month, but sudenly stopped.
LogD3D11RHI: Timed out while waiting for GPU to catch up. (0.5 s) (ErrorCode 00000001) (00000000)
I have tryed to uppdate all drivers and BIOS. Reinstalled windows from scratch. With same error, computer shuts down. Fans sounds ok.
Any Ideas what can be wrong? (My other kid have the same computer with no isues.)

hi
HP PCs - Testing for Hardware Failures | HP® Customer Support
if you have the same two computers, and only one is having problems with the same games, there is probably a hardware problem.
If you have original windows recovery and no matter the updates, this can be a sign
Perform the video tests, to start, if nothing, do all the tests
You will probably have to contact the after-sales service in your country.
