Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1000 (1W798AV)

I have cracked the bottom left part of my HP Pavilion screen. It still works visibly, but there's an area where the touch screen doesn't work and I'm afraid that all of the glass will fall out. What can I do? Where can I bring this to fix it? Also, what is the exact screen model called? In the manual, I see three screen types listed.
