I cannot get the computer to detect 2nd monitor. Have tried  HDMI to HDMI cable as well as a DP from the computer to HDMI to computer cable. Nothing works! The option is there on desktop to detect, but its not detecting. trying to exend my monitor.

@LynnDM The monitor that you are trying to connect to the HP AIO desktop, does that work on another computer? If not checked, please do and get back to us with the results,

Also, i see that your device has an HDMI output port, once connected to the alternate monitor, did you push the buttons Windows + P to extend to the other display? try that as well and if that doesn't work, let me know what error message you get.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
