Hello,
I have a HP Pavillion All-in-One 23-q105na which failed to turn on last week. I have carried out the following to no avail:
- Replaced the power adapter
- Replaced the CMOS battery
- Re-seated cables to the motherboard
There are currently no lights whatsoever on the motherboard when the power adapter is plugged in.
Can anyone advise on the next steps to continue testing?
Thanks
