Product: HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-1337c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Pavillion desktop with installed Nvidia NVS 310 dual display port PCI-E.  Connecting to dual monitors via CKM dual-monitor DP KVM.  PC does not recognize DP monitors on boot; they remain blank.  PC seems to only initialize system board HDMI output.  Once up and running, sometimes disconnecting / reconnecting DP cables resolves issue, but fails again upon reboot.
