HP Recommended

I manage HP Desktops across a number of sites. A few of these computers are accessed remotely (two in my office) and are not connected to monitors. In these situations, the default monitor is set to Generic Non-PNP Monitor and I am unable to change the resolution from 1024/768.

I have installed the latest Intel Video Drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled them a few times. The computers are all fully updated.

When disconnected from a monitor trying to install the Windows 10 Generic PNP drivers looks like it succeeds but then reverts back to Generic Non-PNP.

Driving me nuts.
