Hey, need a bit of help!
I have two 34" Samsung LS34J550 monitors and I am trying to run a very memory intensive program. I don't do any gaming. I want to know if I can buy a graphics card and use that at the same time as the integrated graphics? I may add more screens at some point so don't want to lose the 3 i have there..
I know it is possible based on what Google says but just don't know if I have the option on my machine.
Thanks

@Mikehod2 -- generally, the addition of a graphics adapter card causes the motherboard to disable the graphics "integrated" into the motherboard or the processor. Of course, there are motherboards that are the exception to this rule.
I suggest that you read: How to Daisy Chain Monitors | HP® Tech Takes
for how to support up to 4 monitors, in a "daisy-chain" arrangement.
You will need some monitors that have two DisplayPort adapters -- one for "input", and one for "output" to the next monitor.
Computer's DisplayPort -> monitor1 -> monitor2 -> monitor3 -> monitor4
or
Computer's DisplayPort1 -> monitor5 -> monitor6 with
Computer's DisplayPort2 -> monitor7 -> monitor8
Note that monitor4 and monitor6 and monitor8 will NOT need an "output" DisplayPort, which might save you a few dollars by needing only 3 or 2 "dual-port" monitors.
