HP SmartTouch All-In-One Turning ON But No Display

Hi Everyone,

I Will Be Very Thankful If You Help Me Out

I Have HP SmartTouch All-IN-One PC 

Its Touch Stopped Working And Then The Screen Went Out After Turning Off And Then Turning On 

I Have Tried Everything By HP Solution And By Restoring IC Power,Resetting BIOS ETC....

But One Thing I Noticed Is That When It Turns On Its Give A WHITE FLASH Of Milliseconds And Then Turns Black

Peripheral Deivces Are Not Working When Connected

PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLUTION

ANY IDEA WILL WORK 

THANK YOU

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • When was the last time it worked without these issues?
  • Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
  • Have you checked the display on an external monitor?
  • Have you checked the display in the environment?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

  • Step 1: Remove discs and devices
  • Step 2: Perform a hard reset
  • Step 3: Run hardware diagnostic tests
  • Step 4: Refresh or reset your PC.
