HP Recommended

My monitor has problems (Fleckenring and vertical lines) now I tried to reach their support, but they didn't answer or called me back. They keep telling me the manufacturing warranty (1 year) has been expired but since I life in Germany we have the right that the warranty is 2 years for new products (ticket: 5110074429) Please help me!
