Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer picks up the HP U27 4k and detects it as connected. The white power light turns on and the screen brightens like it's turned on, however the screen is totally blank. No menus pop up. I've tried every which way to get the screen to display an image.  Unplugging, trying different plug ins, different cords, etc.

The sound in the monitor works perfectly.

Serial number on the label is [Personal Information Removed] but whenever I search, it comes back as invalid.

Manufactured August 2020

I do have my order number and my order date was Mar 20, 2021.

This is so frustrating, I spent a hefty amount on this display and I use it for my work. I expect a monitor to last more than 2 years.

There are driver and firmware updates for Windows 10.  Have you installed any of the following

Warranty from some retail store can be two years.  Check your HP warranty also

A 2 year warranty would expire Mar 20, 2023 or later depending on when you received it.

There is a troubleshooting guide for your monitor here
