Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a (4H508AV)

Hi!

 

I've recently bought a new HP Victus 15L. I set it up today and was able to connect it to my monitor after a few tries. However, when I tried to boot it back up again later in the day, it did not work anymore.

 

I've checked that the HDMI cable and monitor are functional with other displays and sources. The problem is definitely the computer. There are no weird beeps or lights however so I'm unsure what the problem might be.

 

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm at a loss. Any help welcome!
