Just a few days ago the 3060 graphics card on my computer has stopped working, the card powers on and is plugged in fine but will not output video or be detected by the computer. I have been trying to contact HP customer support in order to claim the warranty I still have 8 months left on as the part is obviously defective but the HP site for warranty claims just keeps looping around to the same screen and contacting HP customer support just gives a blank screen that loads for 15 minutes without doing anything and kicks me out when I click anything. Does anyone know who I have to call or email to get my warranty return since HP does not care enough to even talk to me?
