HP 27 In curved Product # Z4N74AA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem:

Vertical line display issue appeared, and I bought this less than a year ago. Tried troubleshooting online, and even some tips on this community on other monitor by pushing the monitor's edge and nothing helped.

I tried to reach out to HP supports and it has been a terrible experience. Waited for almost an hour by calling 1-800-474-6836, the rep said she cannot helped with my problem, and transferred my call somewhere else. I asked for the other department phone number so I don't have to go through her again - None given. I got through to the other department, and the guy acted like my warranty is out of date. I offered to showed him proof that I got from HP product warranty page (still said I have about 20+ days) by sending it to his email. He said yes then hang up.

Anyone have any other solution to help me out?

@Flerken

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the warranty and there are vertical lines on the display.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you contact support as the warranty information can be updated only by the support team.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Cheers!
