HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 23.8”

Just purchased this computer less than two months ago. It’s been working great, exactly as it should be. I hooked on an external monitor to use as a dual display, that worked fine, again the way it should have. However, recently the computer won’t even recognize the built in display, and only recognizes the external monitor. When I try to detect another display, it cannot find anything other than what it’s already hooked up to. I’ve tried restarting, unplugging anything unnecessary such as the external CD drive, as well as the additional monitor. When it starts back up, I get nothing more than a blank screen. So I restart it again, only this time hooking up the external monitor, and again it only plays out of that. What can I do?

@GabrielAdkins,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number for your computer?

What is the operating system you are using?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Hello! It seems there is no link to update my BIOS or graphics driver... can you resend that to me?
