A HP Z27 (product number 2TBB68A8R) that I bought had some defects upon arrivial so I called support and they had me send the monitor in for a replacement. HP took delivery of my faulty monitor on 3/14/2022. I called last week and was told that a replacement HP Z27 would be sent overnight and that there was an issue with this support case (not my fault). The case number I was given is [Personal Information Removed].
I've not heard anything back nor have I received the shipment notification for the overnighted monitor. Who do I talk to to find out when I will be receiving my replacement HP Z27 monitor? It's now been over 13 days and I'm still without my HP Z27 monitor.

I see you are looking for the status of the replacement HP M27FE FHD MONITOR. I have checked the status of the order using the case number and shows Delivered on Thursday, 3/24/2022 at 10:59 am. The Tracking number is 413158159276.
You can also check the status of your order by going to www.hp.com/repair
For further help I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.

Negative, that was not a helpful response.
I sent in a HP Z27 monitor. It's a business-class 4K (UHD) monitor costing around $600. Why are you talking about a HP M27FE FHD MONITOR? That is not at all close to what I sent into HP. I looked it up and this "HP M27FE FHD MONITOR" you mention appears to be a cheap (<$250) 1080p monitor, that is not at all related to the HP Z27 monitor that you received from me on MAR 14.
I'm looking for status on when I will receive a replacement HP Z27 (4K UHD) monitor back from you.
