I would like to inform you that there is no option to turn off the monitor status pop up.

Hi. thanks for the reply. seems odd because it was not always showing. i have had the computer for 2 weeks and the first week i did not see tis pop up window, so wonder why it is suddenly now showing?

Do you have any cable connected to the HDMI port or the VGA port on the computer? If yes, I recommend you remove those cables and check.

Hi there 

Thanks for this suggestion 

I didn't have anything plugged into the hdmi or other ports. I was only using the USB ports.

Nonetheless, I took everything out of all ports and it didn't resolve the issue 😞
