I let this case go about a year ago, however I am off to uni soon so I really just need a straight answer. Last year I bought two HP pens and an HP tilt pen (all refunded now) and none of them worked with my laptop which was very disappointing as I wanted to take digital notes for sixth form which I was never able to do.
So last year I contacted support to ask them if the pens were compatible with my system and they assured me it was. However the pen compatibility site has been down for years now so I cant even see the official documentation but from what I can gather from most 3rd party websites is that it isn't compatible.
So all I want is a straight definite answer from HP about if my laptop is compatible with any of the HP pens. As I need to know whether I should sell it and buy a laptop that is compatible or not.
My laptop: HP Pavilion x360 convertable 14-cd0522na, Product number: 4BA14FA#ABU
