HP printer app is too small

I have just one app that is so small that I can't read it. HP Printer chat told me that it's not my printer, but my computer. All other apps are fine. And I have used the printer app before with no problems. I tried restarting my computer, but nothing changed. I'm trying to scan an important document.

The only hint you provided to what you are doing is "reboot the computer'.

So, some flavor of Windows, perhaps.

Scan preview windows do vary - and some of the older software doesn't scale very well on very high resolution computer screens.

Assuming a recent version of Windows,

Try different scan software.

HP Smart for Windows, for example, provides a decent size scan preview / scan window.

HP Scan and Capture provides a number of scan options AND a pretty good sized scan window to see what you are doing...
