Can you please tell me if you are facing similar issues?

Also the fix incase you have encountered similar issues in other hp laptos

Is the issue limited to Netflix alone or other apps as well? If it's only with Netflix, please uninstall and reinstall it.

Thanks Betty, The issue occurs only when I use Netflix app on "Full screen mode", reinstalling didn't work.

But I didn't face this problem while streaming through  Google chrome. So I have uninstalled Netflix app and have been streaming through chrome.
