Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Peace & love everyone 

 

on my mobile printer my touch LED screen isn’t working, the symbols are bright when I cut it off and when I cut it on, it dims very low as the screen doesn’t show at all, any helpful advice would be tremendous, thanks again HP community.
