Product: HP laptop windows 10
Hi I would like to ask regarding my unit, last November 16, 2023. The unit was good and there's a prompt message to update the device which led me to do so. However, after that and in the middle of my work (using the same laptop), there's a black and white screen came suddenly out of nowhere. I tried to bring the unit to the service center but after they diagnosed it they said that the warranty was void. Is there anything else I can do in regards to the warranty being said that it is void? Knowing that I do handle the unit with care and no reasons and instances to think of in their "Customer Induced Damaged" diagnose.
