Product: EliteBook 745 G6 and EliteDisplay E243i
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How can I connect these two products? Neither of the display-related connections (DisplayPort and HDMI) work with my laptop. I purchased a VAVA, but it doesn't work with those connectors either. HELP, PLEASE!

745GB doesn't exist.

 

IS it Elitebook 745 G3 ?

E2431 doesn't exist , is it E243 or E243i ?

 

in that case using DP port it should work with E243/E243i.

 

what a VAVA is ?
